EUROPEAN FUNDS
The Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic (MoE SR) has held a solid position since the start of implementing the European Union structural funds in Slovakia in terms of realising the cohesion policy that is has been ensuring on a cross-sectional basis for the third programme periods in row.

In the current programme period, MoE SR is an intermediary body for the Operation Programme Research and Innovation and in order to support the creation of a more innovative, inclusive and sustainable European area it fulfils the function of the national body and contact point in the field of European territorial cooperation.
