Entrepreneurs only have until the end of the year to secure a grant of up to one million euros

The appeal subsidized by the Slovak Recovery and Resilience Plan to support the development of innovative solutions in the field of decarbonization offers Slovak entrepreneurs the opportunity to receive a financial contribution of between 200,000 and one million euros. However, natural or legal persons can only apply until 31 December 2024.

Full details of the appeal for proposals to support the development of innovative decarbonization solutions and how to apply are available on the website of the Research and Innovation Authority (VAIA). The Recovery and Resilience Plan appeal aims to support business innovation through the development of unique solutions in the following areas:

-          climate science and tackling climate change

-          Carbon-free energy (energy storage, supply, energy networks and systems)

-          electrification

-          hydrogen

-          battery technology and alternative fuels

-          clean, safe, accessible and intelligent transport and mobility

-          low-emission industrial processes and materials

-          bioeconomy

-          sustainable agriculture and forestry

Bodies that are applicants or partners in an application submitted under the previous call with code 09I04-03-V03 are not eligible to apply for a grant. The exceptions are specified in the full text of the appeal, which can be found at this link.
